Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our no-refund policy is based on the unique nature of our business:

  • Customized Solutions: Every aquarium we create is uniquely designed and customized for our customers' specific needs and space requirements
  • Live Organisms: Fish, plants, and other living organisms cannot be "returned" once they've been acclimated to their new environment
  • Installation Services: Our installation and setup services are labor-intensive and cannot be undone
  • Custom Equipment: Many of our products are specially ordered or customized for specific installations

What We Do Instead of Refunds

If you encounter any issues with your aquarium, we'll fix them at no additional cost. Our team will visit your location and resolve the problem completely.

Custom Adjustments

We'll make any necessary adjustments to your setup, whether it's repositioning equipment, changing fish, or modifying the design to better suit your needs.

Ongoing Support

Receive continuous support for maintenance, water quality management, fish health, and any questions you may have about your aquarium.

Replacement Services

If any equipment malfunctions or fish become ill, we'll replace them immediately without any additional charges.

Before You Make a Purchase

To ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to:

Limited Exceptions

In very rare circumstances, we may consider alternative solutions:

  • Equipment Failure: If equipment fails within warranty period, we replace it immediately
  • Installation Issues: If we cannot complete the installation due to technical constraints, we'll work with you to find alternatives
  • Health Concerns: If fish arrive unhealthy, we replace them with healthy specimens
  • Space Constraints: If the planned setup cannot fit in your space, we'll redesign it to work
