Delivery terms and conditions:

  • Delivery charges apply for all orders within Delhi NCR
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Signature may be required upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

At Delhi Aquariums, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for our customized aquarium services and products. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction through our comprehensive support and issue resolution services.

Limited Return Policy

  • Live fish and plants: No returns due to health and safety reasons
  • Equipment and accessories: 7-day return window for defective items only
  • Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customized or installed items cannot be returned
